No battery charger, but I did make sure I had a full charge. The car had been driven for about 4 or 5 hours before the flash. I was very concerned about not putting the charger on, so I was very cognizant of the time. It was definitely within 3 or 4 minutes. I used the OBD cable we use to code and a mac. Java is needed and this is very important: You need the Java JDK, NOT the JRE.
