There are two options available in Bimmercode for Fog Lights.
1. Enable Fog Lights with High Beams / Flashers.
2. Enable Fog Lights with parking lights.
These are also shown in the F15 coding cheat sheet as follows.

Enbales Fog Lights with High Beams / Flashers BDC_BODY 3068 NSW_AUS_BEI_FL aktiv
Enables fog lights to be on with parking lights BDC_BODY 3068 NSW_EIN_AUF_LDS_STL nicht_aktiv
Both of these can be found in the Body Domain Control (BDC_Body) unit. The first can be found under Lighting as "Fog lights off with high beam" where you can set it as Not Active. The second is available under Expert mode as follows. Turn on Expert Mode, scroll to and select section 3068 LceMaster, then scroll and select "NSW_EIN_AUF_LDS_STL", select aktiv.
Both of these features will ensure that once you turn on the fog lights they will stay on until you turn off the ignition or turn off the lights. I have not tested it in auto mode when lights turn on and off due to outdoor lighting, A also did not find anything that would automatically turn them on. There are many ISTA and eSys coders here who might have some input on that part.
