Too many variables here to give a meaningful response to your question.
I'm almost at 29K km as of today, and have a decent amount of pad left. Although I drive the car hard, most of my routes are on highways and rural roads, so there is a lot less braking than if I lived in the city.
It would be nice to know the history of your vehicle. The rate of wear might be premature, or it might be normal...
