You won't regret it. I went from a 2014 M6 GC to a 2016 X5M. I thought I'd miss the M6, but I don't. Needed more space for a growing family - I could have gotten a "regular" X5 but I do love the interior of the X5M with the Mugello Red Full Merino leather - just as luxurious as the M6's interior. Also, after test driving the X5M, I was sold. Drives completely different than the X5 50i. The S63 engine is reliable. It is an M car so it will cost $ to maintain.
