How many miles are getting on your 21" wheels
Have a 2014 X5 5.0. Came with the 19inch wheels which i am not a fan of and will be retired to winter wheels.
Looking to either get the 599's (21" wheel) or the 451's (20" wheel).
I've been told in going with the 21" wheel i can expect to get roughly 10,000 miles out of my tires where if I go with the 451's, i can get roughly 30,000 or so. Not sure how true that statement is in only getting 10,000 miles on a 21" wheel, but I've made wrong assumptions before... Obviously there are many factors that go into the mileage of the tire (kind of tire, how it's driven etc.) but just looking to get a rough idea from what people on here are actually experiencing and not someone's hypothetical opinion from the dealer.
Other question is will there be any performance difference between the 20" and 21" wheels if they had the same exact tire on them.
