I think that’s what I loved about it so much. The driving feel was so rock solid. It felt exactly like you describe, like it was clawing. It had the BMW “magic feel” of yesteryear that I appreciated. I’ve been driving BMWs since I was 16 back in 1998. I have driven a few F15’s and you’re right. The electric steering takes all the fun out of it, sadly.

I sold it to a friend of mine who has a mechanic/body shop for $8K. He told me he’d do whatever was necessary even if it meant swapping the motor out. She was very very clean. Body was spotless, brakes/tires were new and interior was perfect.
