X5 35d longevity
Is it unreasonable to expect 150k miles of service from an X5 35d that has excellent service records, oil changed every 5k miles instead of 10k, and no mechanical issues since new? Current odometer is 20k miles. I understand things can happen, but I'm up in the air for another X5 vs a Lexus GX460. I had owned a Lexus GX 470 many years ago, and had no issues. Traded it for $18k with 140k miles on the odometer.
When I search out high mileage 35d's on Autotrader, it seems that there are very few, and the ones that are listed are advertised less than $10k.
