Dump it in with the oil. I put a liter of oil in, add a can of MOS2, then continue with the oil. It all goes into the same spot.
Remember that MOS2 is 300ml, so account for that in your fill. Most fill instructions have a starting point, e.g. on my M3 it's ~5 liters, then get the oil warm/hot (at least 5 minutes), and check dipstick accordingly. It's always easier to add oil than remove it.
