So I just picked up my 2018 X5 M! Here are some photos before it goes to get Suntek Paint Protection Film and Ceramic Pro! Everything you might want to know is below.

Suspension: H&R Springs (hopefully they are good. read a
post about properly adjusting the rear links which can be the difference between stock like feel and terrible)
Tune: Leaning RaceChip or JB4. Not sure if JB4 has CAN Flap control since I read it doesn't work with BC buttons so I'll need a valve controller either way if that's the case. RaceChip seems easier to install and smoother from what I've read.
