Antifreeze question.
I have used "40 Below" in many of my supercharged Corvettes. It actually does lower engine temps. I've used it for 20 years or more.
The problem is that it absolutely cannot be used with a "Dexcool" type product. Flushing the cooling system will not get every drop of coolant out of it.
Is the factory blue coolant an ethylene glycol based coolant? ( both engine coolant as well as intercooler coolant) I don't want to put it in if there is even a hint of the same stuff they put in Dexcool.
This is mainly for the intercooler/ heat exchanger system.
