I married them with Atturo tires (the whole set cost me about as much as one Michelin replacement) but so far they ride and handle great. They get great reviews from what I could see. Just bought my wife an FPace S so needed to be budget conscious. So far I am satisfied.
As for the calipers, I decided to get them painted at the shop to cover up their factory ugly appearance and rust that was already on one. They did a great job with them and it completes the look. I will do tint next and then the final thing is a tune. Here are some other pics.

I had Atturos on my ML350 for 6 years and for they were nothing but spectacular! Nice to see the quality of cheaper tires have gotten better
