Best way of buying one is to call couple of local european brand auto stores like Audi/Mercedes and even BMW and get a quote.
Once you find out the company names, call them directly or call other stores and find out who sells them. If you are lucky your local GM or Nissan/Toyota might have better rates for you.
If it's a company that BMW doesn't offer, make sure you check with them to see how their experience has been dealing with them
