Yes, I used Eibach springs for the front and matched the rear electronically. You can see many photos of Eibachs lowered F15s all over the forum.
Caution: If you only lower one side your rear air suspension will go crazy! I went two days after I installed the front springs and when I parked the rear leveling went crazy jacking up one wheel all the way.
