You can pay a coder here to code it out. Will be 30 minutes of work and pedestrian detection will be disabled permanently.
My previous car had night vision with pedestrian detection and eventually I ended up coding it out because of the false positives.
Also check idrive for setting that disables pedestrian detection temporarily.
