Where is the mirror connector? Do you need to remove any trim pieces to access it?
once you remove the black plastic cover that is below the mirror and on the windshield, you will see the wiring harness

Is it plug and play or do you need to use a splice kit or soldering iron?
plug and play, no splicing or soldering required
