While bimmercode can do a lot, an enet cable can do everything and is needed for VO coding (permanent VLD and NGHB headlights, enhanced bluetooth, etc) and for BM3, if your looking to do engine tuning now or in the future.
Yup. Enet cable is definitely the best way to go. Plus there are a lot of smart guys on the forum to help if needed. (Not me, I'm still pretty new at it lol)
