Gary! I Need Your Help!

Gary, I purchased 4 TPMS sensors from you back in january. Well, I got them installed on my wheels about 2 weeks ago, and I'm having problems with one of them. I keep losing air in one of my TPMS senors. The tire shop where I had them installed, said the valve is not sealing right. I also took it over to 2 other tire shops, and they said the same. Is there anyway you can help me? I'm losing a lot of air, and I need to fill my tire everyday. I hope you can help me out...

Thanks,
Ryan

check and see if you have the tiny rubber grommet on the tpms installed correctly. If i'm not mistaken, the rubber grommet should go inside the wheel. I had this problem when the shop that installed my wheels mistakenly did it the opposite way. Luckily they found out right away when bubbles starting foaming up when they washed the wheels afterwards.

I'll let them know, but if they installed one wrong, wouldn't they install all of them wrong?
