Im about to install f10 m5 calipers and rotors onto my f15 50i. Do you guys know if I'll be able to use my OEM brake lines? Or do i need f85 lines?

"I went and purchased Brembos for M5 F10 from salvage yard, to install them I had to buy an adapters also . Stock brake lines were short so had to replace them with brake lines from F85."

Thanks. But he has a 35 and I have a 50i which has larger brakes. Wonder if the lines are the same?

Yes, that's how this whole thread started..;o)... I'm in the same boat as you, i have the same e70 x5m calipers but haven't ordered rotors yet

I have E70 rotors if you want. EBC. Regular price were $600 for the pair. I'd be okay with $200. Used for 4,000 miles

So just to recap, only difference between E70 and F85 is F85 had drilled rotors from factory and a bit less weight... I will just go aftermarket rotors then!

Haha ya man. Deployed for 8 months which caused the wife fall in love with driving it. So I came back carless. So now I have an M5 LOL. I'll try and stay active in both. Shouldn't be hard. The M5 board isn't nearly as active as the X5.

X5 is Space Gray. I went with the 400mm M5 rotors.

I have the 20in sport wheels, no need for spacers from what I understand, but I will find out in a few days.
