Every time i see the e70 X6m with the powerdome hood, i feel that the new X5/6 M should have this. I think it should be standard on the ///M cars M2/3/4 XM6/6. I think it gives the car a much more muscular look.

The downshifts sound like it might have a DCT. Maybe that's already out there but those downshifts sound exactly like an M3 with DCT downshifting into a corner.
The other thing about the video is how incredibly flat the car stays while cornering. It never left parallel. Impressive. That car is an absolute beast and it is completely tearing up the 'Ring. Wow. Hard to believe that is a 5,000 pound SUV (um, SAV). Awesome. Just Awesome. |

Looking good. The leather trim on the central console area looks nice as well. They can't release this fast enough. Don't generally like to buy first year models on vehicles, but hard to resist this one.

Interesting...no panoramic roof. I would have thought it would have received a CF roof like some of the other M cars considering that, but this might have been the compromise to increase rigidity and decrease weight without CF.
