Anyone know if F85 X5M OEM front springs/struts will fit on a F15 X5 standard suspension platform?

Yes. They're just yes shorter front springs.

Going to pick up a 2018 X5 35d :

Has Msport S337
And 3rd row S4UB (so I know rear air suspension)

But which suspension does it have elsewhere?

I assumed Msport just included M adaptive but maybe not?

Is this a deal breaker?

I will be using for tow / daily

You can decode the vin at mdecoder.com and check if it has Adaptive M suspension or not. Deal breaker or not is quite subjective, so YMMV.

Yep I did.

This one does not have adaptive M. But does have rear air.

Picked it up yesterday, and it's amazing!!!
