Lowering F15 - H&R
Hey guys, new to posting and searching on this site so please bare with me. I am looking at lowering my F15 35d with third row seating and self leveling suspension. I saw online the following sets but can't understand which one is better. Any help would be appreciated. Why would anyone go with the two springs and links if there is a four spring option?

You don't have traditional springs in the back (airbags/air springs instead), therefore you'd need front springs + rear end links. So, the first link you posted. H&R is not known to be the most comfortable setup, so hopefully you're not planning to go too low or you may end up disappointed. |

I agree with Jiggz, stay away from H&R VTF if you want comfort and go low...
But if you go with H&R VTF, I recommend also getting a set of Koni Reds. Use Google to search the forum, often works better IMO. Also, you can reach out to r33_RGSport and see what deal he might be able to get you on the lowering kit. Then once you are lowered, he can help you out with right size spacers... |

my 2 cents, and also as stated above
your rears are air bags, so no springs - hence links to tell the system to sit "lower" I installed Eibach springs on the front, and adjusted the rear via a snap on tool. For what its worth, depending on how low you want to do, i would recommend getting a set of coilovers/aftgermarket shocks, if you want to go lower than 15mm. Even my Eibachs are only 12 - 15mm lower than stock, and the ride in comfort mode is very bouncy. Sport mode is good, but can be abit too harsh for Sydney roads.

I initially installed h&r springs but upgraded to silvers coil overs. I installed the fronts and left the rear on airbags. Definitely worth the extra 4-500 dollars to me. It rides really good and can go low. Bc racing coilovers is about the same price and are good quality as well

I lowered the front with coilovers. We can lower the rear air bag with end links. No need for coilovers unless you want to remove the bags and install Coilovers. If you look up the h&r springs for the air ride, it'll have 2 front springs and 2 end links for the rear.
