2016 X5 Single Battery
Leaving the country for 10 days and want to make sure she will start when I get back. OK ay to leave this long.
PS I am taking a jump pack just in case. |

Ditto everyone else...if you haven't been having any power drainage or other electrical issues...then 10 days (undriven) should not deplete the battery.

fyi - left mine for 16 days while overseas.
no problem - single battery

As others have said, it will go a whole lot longer than 10 days parked if the battery is healthy and there's no parasitic draw, without needing to use a battery tender.
Yours is a 2016 so quite likely that it's not the original battery but for peace of mind you could stop by Autozone and have them do a health check on the battery. |

Regularly park for 5-7 weeks when I am away for work. Car always starts though I sometimes need to hold the fob up to the steering column.
When I get home I put it on a CTEK charger. That most likely helps maintain battery longevity. Car is a 2017 and I think it's the original battery. |
