please send me info for a map update for EUROPE NBT EVO ID5 and lifetime FSC file for a 2017 F15 X5 VIN WBALS010300V45869
Navigation was retrofitted using BMW EVO ATM Retrofit Adapter.
Presently NBT EVO ID O18184l
Or might be O18184I as it is not clear for me what is the last symbol.

is it possible to get FSC and updated map data, and any other update i might need?

Hi shawnsheridan,

I have a 2018 X5 with software version NBTevo_Q184911. I believe I have the necessary hardware for Apple carplay, but the subscription was never activated for my vehicle. Would you be able to assist in getting this activated on my vehicle? I can provide more info if needed.

Need your help please, I have a X5 2017 NBTevo_J ID5 with Middle East Map.
I tried to do the use activation from a ebay seller, however after plugging in the USB, unplugging after 60 seconds, reboot, i got the blue screen with BimmerCodeEu: Installer v4.0 doing its thing which all seamed to work ok (all done 100%), rebooted the idrive and then was message about activation code so as per instructions, copied the fsc file to a new drive but am getting this message "connect usb device with correct activation code". Have tried rebooting etc and maps wont work now.
Last 7 digits of VIN are 0W37912, however did notice the file names from the seller had OW37912 (an O instead of zero), so not sure if this has caused an issue.
I did message the seller however am been ghosted for a few days and saw your a whiz at this stuff so wanted to get your advise please.
