Or the part that would have to be cut would be where the diffuser screws to the car? From the pictures you posted, it gives the impression that it would work cutting the diffuser. Thanks in advance. |

No i don't think so
first the middle part needs to be removed and it would not look good with the missing part second the coupling isn't that small, so a bigger part needs to be removed screws won't have an impact, they are located at a different part i have removed the coupling, now i have a permanent error. BMW would be able to hide that one, but that would need a refresh of the ECU and then my remap would be gone... |

One Year Update... RW Carbon diffuser coating is good as new, it survived extreme cold/snow/ice/salt/100+F summer. I still stand behind this recommendation.

RW Rear Diffuser
Just installed my RW rear Diffuser. Like was stated in this thread. Not a perfect fit, you must work a little to get that tight fit. Well worth the price compared to other diffuser for our vehicle. I'm happy with it.

Just traded my X5M in and have my RW Carbon diffuser. Still in perfect condition, other than marks of the mounting points. $500 shipped goes to the first person to respond. (USA shipping)
