I had a written something up previous and it seemed to not post. But because you have to make light of situations like this, after the accident I was trying to cheer up my wife and told her well now will be my opportunity to powder coat the exhaust tips..

My wife was stopped at a light and a kid in a Chrysler 300 ran straight into the back of her doing about 60km/h. She's okay, shooken up and has some whip lash. We're both grateful neither of our kids were in the car.

I honestly think the trailer hitch saved us from a lot more damage. As he hit her square in the centre of the truck. The bumper and lower part of the tailgate are damaged. But fingers crossed no other major damage.

Beast 27, I'm not normally an advocate of those who state "you have to ..." or "... is a must", but your car is so blacked out that maybe you could consider removing the chrome model number from the driver's door. I also have CBM and all-black grill, but with silver 469 wheels don't feel the need to delete model number. I think your vehicle might benefit though

was next on my list... just need some floss and hair dryer.

Wasn't originally going for blacked out look as my wife and I like the Carbon Black and really looks dark blue in the Carolina Sun.... (it's my wife's car that I like to tinker with...)

No way that is final production rear bumper, with or without M Sport pckg. Ive seen Hyundai's with better looking "rear".

L.E. I guess i am wrong. The picture below is for the basic G05 model and the rear "diffuser" looks like the one on the picture above. I guess that car had the X-line pckg or some chrome pckg (probably country dependent). Damn, i thought only large wheels are a "must" on the X5, now the whole M pckg seems mandatory.

Yesterday I saw a F15 with a M badge on the rear. But the M was before the "X5". If you're gonna fake it, at least do it right.

This looks like an F86, judging from bumper and exhaust that is. You think it's retrofitted??
