Yeah he is putting a down payment on the capitalized cost. Rather, he should put down multiple security deposit. |

I must be one of the minority that purchased my X5 vs. lease. I'll probably keep this car for 8-10 years as I do all my cars so leases don't make sense to me.
Anyway, purchased a '16 35d last week. Found it via Autotrader at BMW Tulsa, local BMW dealer sent their truck down to pick it up. MSRP $70,710 paid $66,941. Maybe not the best deal to be had but I was given a more than fair trade in price for my '07 VW Touareg V10 TDI with 74k mi. Between the trade price and tax offset I'll get in Nebraska which will be a little over $1k, it wasn't worth my time to try and sell private party. Put a few dollars down in addition to the trade and financed the rest at 0.9% for 72mo through BMW. That's almost like free money, although will probably pay off well before then. Got a set of BMW winter floor mats thrown in as well. Now to wait for the $1k rebate from BMWNA through BMWCCA. Here is the build: '16 X5 xDrive35d Alpine White Mocha Dakota Leather Poplar Wood Trim Cold Weather Package Driver Assistance Package Driver Assistance Plus ACC Stop & Go Luxury Line 20" Light alloy Y-Spoke wheels Premium Package 3rd row seat + rear axle air suspension Harman Kardon Plus Tulsa BMW had the front windows tinted.

I leased mine b/c I wasn't sure about the 'e' part of it. I'm learning I'm still not sure about it as I have a check engine light and it won't charge off the supplied 115v charger...

is this a good deal on a X6?
2016 X6 3.0t
Brand new MSRP $68,000 3 year lease, 10k miles/year $1,500 due, $655 per month. no other hidden fees. Gray over Black and they are taking my 528i lease 2 months early. Good deal or no?

That's a great deal! Who are you working with, if you don't mind revealing? I might just give them a call They must have been super eager to move it off the lot! But it seems that it's practically barebones, no? If it is, they must have been desperate to sell it (an odd build) as it probably doesn't have anything except a few basic options... correct me if I am wrong.

Just picked up a 15 x35i 2 weeks ago for my wife. it's the x-line with every option except for the B&O speakers and also Comfort Access. Car had just under 12K miles on it
Got out of the door for $48,500 and we traded in her 2013 320i xdrive with 34K miles for 20K. |

It has xDrive, 6cyl turbo, 40miles on the clock, Premium pkg, and cold weather pkg, soft touch close. Standard are NAV, HID, and 19" rims, rear-view cam, etc.... To me it's not bare bones at all unless you are looking for M-sport, 20+" rims, LED headlights, pano roof, leather dash, alcantara headliner etc etc... no security deposits at all. just $1,500 down and $655 per month for 3 years, 10k miles/yr. And the color is Gray over White. the new X6 has been one of my fav BMWs and I can't believe the numbers they threw at me. We will see what happens tonight. hopefully my 2 kids can fit comfortably in the rear seat.

X6s come fairly well equipped, I know, so "barebones" by X6 standards No worries, your kids will fit perfectly, the space is good for 3 average sized adults. Enjoy the ride and would appreciate if you let me know the dealership and who you work with. Thanks and best of luck tonight! |

I asked about if the would be aggressive on X6M pricing but he said since the X6Ms are mostly made to order, (as in, not many in the lot, including their sister dealership lots), they probably can't do too much discount.
