Same situation here... In the past I have always installed winter set up the weekend before Thanksgiving and removed the weekend after St. Patrick's Day but over the last few decades the weather in our area has changed dramatically and it has become quite a crap-shoot resulting in having winter tires for Easter. Long story short, my new guide line is temps average 45 degrees or more for nine days or more I swap out.

For me, it's when ambient temps start to stay consistently above 45° F (not just the high temps but the low temps). And its not just about impending "snow"...but when temps are cold...the rubber compound hardens on my summer tires so if its cold and raining, or just cold...they don't do a good job when stopping or handling (turning)...as well as acceleration.
The temps listed by the OP seem to be edging upward where their summer or all season tires could handle the ambient temps and weather conditions.

And changed out my M3CS the week before. You're fine

Swapped mine two weeks ago here in upper Maryland. As long as it's not consistently below 37, shouldn't be an issue.

This will be the first time I switch from winters back to summers. I use Torque spec 140 nm = 103 lbs/ft. 45° average seems about the right number. Still some 30's at night on Long Island for me. Given my winter rims are hotter than my OEM's, I have not been in a rush. Plus I'm waiting for my H&R 15mm spacers to arrive

I'll probably change mine in a week or two.

I'm never in a rush to swap and have waited until mid-April the past few years. We just got snow overnight here in SW PA after several days of mid-60 weather.

But when I woke up Sunday morning...there was a layer of snow on the grass, shrubs, and trees...but the streets were bone dry. The sun was shining bright but the temperature was around 25° F.

Wow I forgot how nice the car handles on these tires. My winters are fine, but I notice a significant difference in the feel of the car in a positive way.

Are your winters the 20" square set? I bought the black 612s from Kief and can't wait to put them on. This will be the first time I'm running 21s, other than the two weeks or so I had them on when I first took delivery in October. I'm a little nervous with the shitty roads and the 21s. Although, pothole patrol is in full swing now so hopefully by the time I switch the world will be right.

My winter setup is 275/40/20 square setup with Pirelli Scorpion Winters. I have major potholes around me as well and I don't notice much of a difference between 20/21. I missed the 325 steam rollers in the rear |

I did a convoluted 3 way sale - sold my silver 612s and bought the black. I think they're going to look sweet on my DG with blacked out kidney and side grills/gills.
