First time X5 recommendations

Greetings all,
I am looking to purchase my first pre owned X5.

I have looked at many from 2015 to 2019, read all of the consumer reviews and want to know what y’all recommend.

I have been a foreign car enthusiast my entire life and currently have an older Saab as a toy.

What years should I stay away from?

Is mileage a concern?

Is AWD preferred vs RWD?

I’m in a warm weather area and plan on the X5 to be a weekend driver.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
