So I thought I would be a Mekanic... while replacing the rear rotors and pads, the new rotors seem to be rubbing against the brake caliper bracket. Any input here on what is happening?

Is the caliper properly attached and bolts are tight?It looks like the piston is moving the caliper cage and instead of using the pad it pushed the caliper cage to the rotor. Unless you got wrong size rotors...

yep, went back and compared the part number on the box which is 34216778649 a 135i rotor vs the correct 34216886479.
Funny enough I sold my 135i for the x5. Was going insane thinking I botched it up, its 4 bolts (not counting the lugs)! |
