2018 x5M Maintenance at 40k

Hi All,
Looking for some guidance on maintenance for my 2018 x5M. I currently have 40,555 miles on it and I brought my x5 in for it's routine oil change and engine oil change (notice pop-up on the car). When I brought it to the dealer they are now telling me I need to change my Engine Air filter ($180), Coolant Flush ($370) & Spark Plugs ($1,110).

I checked online for a maintenance schedule and it says that I don't need to change the spark plugs and air filters under 60k.

Does anyone know if that schedule is accurate or if I should listen to the BMW service writer?

Thanks in advance.
Dave

Not sure on the schedule, but you can get the air filters fro FCP Euro for $100. Easy DIY. I also feel like my spark plug change was around $700 and that was at a dealer. I think around 55k miles. I'll check receipts when I get home.

Agree most dealers in NJ doing plugs for $360. Just did mine today. Also I am told we are to change Spark plugs every 30k for the x5M other x5 at 60k

Wow that's a huge difference from NY to NJ!
