Puddle Lights

For those of you with the logo puddle lights, are yours very bright? I have the oem accessory ones with the interchangeable lenses. I use the M logo lenses and they have gotten really dim. Are there any other options or is there a newer version that is brighter? Or maybe an aftermarket option? Thx!

I have the puddle lights, and mine are pretty bright, especially at night.

Mine are pretty bright too. Similar to Yuille. They are dimmer than others I've had though. My RS5 projected "Audi Sport" and it was bright and crisp even in the daylight.

Off topic, but similar....I had a brand new X5 loaner last week and it projected a crazy design almost the length of the vehicle from the driver door back. Was cool, but a little much.

My puddle lights are a bit brighter than what the camera captured. The first pic was in daylight. I am extremely happy with them, purchased off of Amazon, the OE were a bear to get out, while on my back with a pry tool.

Just asking because it wasn’t mentioned…but have you checked to see if the lense is dirty or hazed over and needs a wipe down?

Sounds like the “carpet lights” that newer BMWs have.

Amazon had them and they are really inexpensive...but not as bright as OEM and usually fade much quicker.

We currently have them on our BMW and really like them (Amazon's)

I used this guy.. It's from China and it really does look like that.. I cannot speak about the longevity bc Ive had it on for about 6 mos

I ordered aftermarket ones from Amazon and installed them tonight. They are about 25% brighter than the OEM ones, but still not as bright as I would like them. Compared to my wife’s SQ7 they are much dimmer. The pics are so hard to capture vs the look in person!
