Wow wish I heard about this brand before I got my two recaros. I got one for my 5 year old and one for my 18 months. The middle seems able to fit a small person, but I'm 5'11 and 160 lbs and there is no way I could climb into it.

i was just going to post this.. can put 3 across........I've been debating it but haven't pulled the trigger. i see what my 3 kids do the back seat area of my wife GL and I'm not so eager to share in the pain!

+1, These are some of the best engineered seats on the market, and retain some side impact features while being just 17" wide. You can easily fit an adult on one side, with the car seats side by side in the middle and opposite side.
