WTB: F15 X5-50i or 35i | M-Sport | 3rd Row

Looking to buy an X5-50i X-Drive (would settle for 35i X-Drive). We have an E70, so looking to move to the F15 WITH 3rd Row + M-Sport.

Must Haves:
⁃ ZMM: M-Sport w/ 20" Staggered Wheels (2PW)
⁃ ZPP OR ZEC: Premium or Executive
⁃ ZDB: Driver Assistance and Parking with Surround View
⁃ ZCW: Heated Wheel & Front Seats
⁃ 456: Comfort Sport Seats
⁃ 4UB: 3rd Row

Optional:
⁃ ZLP: Lighting
⁃ CPO is nice, but if it's a properly maintained vehicle (For example, single owner), I'm open to no CPO if the maintenance and mileage are right.

No Exception:
⁃ Smoker Vehicle
⁃ Smells like Eastern European cologne shop (No offense, ha!)
⁃ Massively greased up interior, however I can work through that in detailing
⁃ No rips in leather or massive gouges on steering wheel

I prefer packages and options over colors to be honest, but really most M-Sport colors we are open to. I'm in Chicago, 60026, but I'm open to traveling the entire US for the correct car.

Sort of - I fit 3 car seats in the 2nd row, so if the price is right or someone needs to dump one relatively quickly, but I'm not in some massive rush.
