X6 F16 lowering springs

Hey guys! I'm thinking of lowering my x6 F16 but i can't decide with what brand to go. I'm mainly looking for a subtle drop (not too drastic but not too subtle that you can't notice ) , and also a comfortable ride quality that balances stiffness and bounce. Any advice and pictures would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Eibach if you have standard suspension.
AC Schnitzer or H&R VTF if you have self-leveling.

Not the F16, but F15 with rear air:

H&R VTF (got mine from r33_RGSport) gives you plenty of drop if you like, it's also 15mm adjustable according to the instructions (looks more like 25-30mm to me), in height and gives you much better handling.
The X5 looks great with them too. I could adjust these down another 5-10mm, if I remember correctly, but I would not want to go any lower than this.

They are quite a bit harsher than the stock springs though!
Might not be what you are looking for....
I have had to adjust my driving a bit, since I had them installed.
Previously on some speed bumps I would easily drive over at 20mph, and now I slow down to 5mph. Bumps and uneven roads that didn't really get noticed before, are now felt.

Also, I have found that the stock shocks have a bit more rebound, than I would like the vehicle to have, with these springs.
I don't regret getting them, but I wonder if coilovers would have been a better choice.

Oh dang I really like how those look!! But im not that big a fan of the stiff ride. This is my daily driver so I'm trying to get something comfortable yet had a sporty feel. Do you think the eibach delivers that? Thanks for the post!!

I would buy a bigger wheel package to fill out the wheel well.

Lol why is everyone opposed to searching. Like literally 4 threads covering this in the past month.

You sound like you are perfect for eibach. They are attainable just not direct from eibach. Again search and there is a company in Germany that will ship not too expensive. And I think RG can procure them. eBay is also a great spot.

Only different is they provide 2 springs and adapters brackets for the airbag sensors. Again search and you will see what I'm talking about. Why eibach doesn't sell this in US is beyond me. Again eBay. Can procure any brand

19" wheels are soon to be a dedicated winter set up...
Though, I need to do my research, I hear 20" or 21" set up will eat tires.
But that's not what this post is about..

Ride quality is better than stock.

Hi everyone
I have just upgraded a set of wheels in 21" for my F16. But it needs to be got lowering for a better look. I thought about kv3 mark but they said it have to disable the EDC (The mine has EDC with rear air suspension) but I don't want to.
Have anybody have some experiences about my situation? 🙄 Can I replace the air suspension with a pair of low springs (???) without changing of any function EDC.
THANKS ALOT

Dang - which is the before and which is the after? Doesn't seem worth the time/expense.

Technically you can.
Just never been done.
You should be able to code out the self-leveling or pull the fuse out for the air compressor.
Not sure if it will give you an error or not, since it never been done.

Before is on the bottom. This big gap where you can put your head in to check the tire threads.
