Yeah, I bit the bullet and pre-ordered a CyberTruck last week.

Tri-motor, self-driving. Hard to pass up; gonna be a hell of a truck.

We'll see, Tesla has its own issues like any other manufacturer. there's are more glaring to me. The OTA updates are fully controlled by them and if they change the business model you have limited recourse. Also, repairs in an accident lead to a significant amount of salvages and minimal repair options as they control the entire supply line. Lastly, Elon is a wildcard and misses the mark on his on expectations sometimes (i.e. delivery dates) as well as subpar build quality. I think that Teslas are amazing cars, I debated getting the Plaid Model S, but I'll wait it out a little longer based on what I've been seeing.
