Why can't I post to the X5 forum?

I’m looking to post a question to the X5 forum and I haven’t gotten an answer as to why I’m receiving this error message when I attempt to post. (I’ll attach the error message) I’ve been pretty active in other people’s threads so I can reply but I don’t get why I can’t post a new thread to the F15 X5 forum.

If anyone has some insight into this please let me know! I’m almost ready to give up on it but I love the comradarie of the BMW family so I don’t want to😂

I mean which specific forum. For example there is “BMW X5 and X6 (F15/16) Forum”, there is owners classified, etc
