Can't hurt to ask - lease under $1000

looking to possibly assume lease on X5m -- as I have a buyer for my 2011 x5M -- but i can't afford over $1000

ideally $800-900 -hey as I said it can't hurt to ask -- 3 years ago I got a 2013 750xi Sport for $815 a month -- the gy put down $18k to get lease that low and I asked him why he was gettign rid of it -- he said bc his wife wanted a Mercedes Station Wagon -- hey great for me at the time

as of now i'm paying $800/month -- so if I can't find I'll have to go the route of buying a 14 or 15 m5 or M6 GC -- still great options but x5M is by far best in my mind

An X5M demo? I didn't think dealers got demos of M cards. Maybe a a handful if I had to guess. Probably easier to fin a unicorn lol. OP - would you be opposed to doing a balloon loan? It has a pretty bad rep - however I think it can be a good option as opposed to leasing. You can probably find a used one for around 80-90k to buy. I know PenFed has a pretty good program. Obviously there is the risk of being upside down but their residuals seem to be pretty spot on for most cars.

Your not gonna find a 15-16 x5m nor a 15-16 m5/m6 for $1000 or under unless you have a chunky down payment. You can find a 13/14 m5/m6 for under $1000 as long as you do a 72 month finance or balloon.

Maybe buy in summer and try to find a leftover ? Or someone desperate to get out of a lease who is offering a large incentive.
