"charging error" with BMW level 1 charger on '16 40e

Just purchased a CPO 2016 40e. I thought I'd take advantage of the outlets in the parking structure at work but I keep getting a "charging error" when I try to charge from one of them using the level 1 charger that came with the x5. I tried with 3 different outlets. it starts off fine but within a few minutes it stops and the app shows "charging error." anyone else experience this?

Well if it's anything like our parking structure they limit current to discourage us from plugging in

Make sure your charger limit in your car is set up to minimum and see if that helps.

Their was so many people plugging in at the parking structure it over loaded the box and popped the fuse !
