So, not a lot of people sharing here.. Does that mean not many are getting much discounts yet?
We have 10 months left on my wife's X3 lease, so we are in no rush. I've only spoken to one dealer so far about the F15, trying to decide between grabbing a highly discounted E70, with a lower residual than the F15, or ordering an F15 in a month or two when the year-end promotions start running. The one dealer I spoke to was in NJ and has decent pricing on E70's, so presumably would be competitive on F15's, eventually.. as of now, he's saying they're not discounting beyond the loyalty credit, which means no discount... Are most people getting 3k or more off MSRP and just not posting? The way I calculated it, and the way I built an F15, I'm only seeing a $30-40 a month difference in an F15 lease compared to E70. This assumes about a 5k total discount off MSRP, including the loyalty credit. The E70 would have bigger discounts, but I'd be forced into extra options I don't have to add in the F15 to get what I do want, and the F15 has a better residual with the same money factor, and by the time the F15 would arrive, I would be out clean of the X3 (currently would have to put $1000 out of pocket to cover difference between buyout and trade-in)... so if I can assume a $5k total discount off of MSRP (discount + loyalty), I don't think it makes much sense to take the old model. So.... as the thread title says, what prices (discounts) are people getting......? |

$6k off MSRP 50i. Repeat customer and BMW club membership reward. MSRP is also $8k higher than US.
As a previous post stated as long as it fits the budget. Amount paid is a factor. Main thing is choosing the right vehicle with correct options, that is the hard part. Last edited by barcelona; 10-03-2013 at 10:35 AM.. |

I've spoken to Wide World before with mixed results. Sometimes great rates and sometimes not great customer service to even get there.. But I think I will submit a new request on a '14 and see where it goes.. Leaning towards waiting for a new one, but don't want to wait just to find out it'll cost me $100 a month more... My wife still loves the E70 (we had one in '07). |

Got some quotes and I have to say, better than I expected for a car that hasn't even hit showrooms yet. Pretty much made my decision over a left over E70. Getting some more details from my CA tomorrow and hope to order within a week. I don't know how people are calculating invoice pricing on the F15, but using an assumption of 7 or 8% of MSRP, I think I'm seeing around 500 to 1000 over invoice, before the loyalty credit. So right at or under after the loyalty.
The next question I'll need him to answer is whether he can get me a car within the time that he can lock me into the current rate. If I recall, I think it's a 60 day lock. |

All te credits come from BMW and not from dealers pocket. So, I don't factor credits into total pricing when evaluating the deal as they are different to each individual. Credits like loyality, military etc.
I think it's very hard to get something under invoice. |
