How do you like your fob case? I was looking at that one, but wasn't sure how dirty it would get.
Fob case is great. Had it for 3 years and it protects my key from scratches and dings on the soft aluminum trims. No issues with the case getting dirty or collecting dust/dirt.

Hi,

I have exact same keys as you, but unable to find OEM genuine key emblem. Could you send me the link from where you ordered it? I am located in the US.

Thanks.

Just to be sure, this is applicable for this style, right? I ask because before posting this, I tried to pry off the emblem from my spare one with a utility knife and couldn't seem to get under it.

Hey, I know I'm hitting up an old thread, but how the hell did you pry that emblem off? I've got the M Performance blade key with the metal/aluminum unlock & panic buttons. I've tried an exacto knife, my fingernail, blow dryer to loosen the adhesive, etc & NOTHING is getting that logo off this key!! Thankfully, I haven't scratched up the other buttons, but the current (bad) logo on the key is really really scratched up now!

Any tips on how to remove the logo on these keys??

asomer Did you ever figure this out? I'm facing the same issue with my Key. Any guidance would be MUCH appreciated.

Also, just to confirm, did part #66122155754 fit?

You can find a new shell from Amazon and swap the guts.

Has anyone done this? Does the OEM hard key from the original typically fit the non-OEM replacement? Don't want to leave the wife without a functioning hard key.

Yes, should fit no problem, its just a plastic shell.

UPDATE: Replaced the Roundel Logos on both my 2019 M550 Keys - BMW Part# 66-12-2-155-754 worked perfectly.

Old roundels were a little tricky to remove - ended up using and X-Acto knife to get underneath the old roundel (eventually it popped off).

The existing glue remained and was still sticky enough to hold the replacement though, so I didn't need to add any new adhesive.

Hope this helps.

Happened to my old F30, even with the leather cover. The BMW logo faded. So far my F15 and G20 key fob logo do not have this issue.

Well, I bought one from Amazon, quality seemed good and sure enough the physical key would not lock into place on the replica shell. So I had to Frankenstein between the replica and the OEM fob but finally got there (was a lot of work).
