Hi all,

I have the following information error in my DDE module which cannot be deleted

CD951C No message (actual steering torque, driver, actuator/actual

I have used ISTA to can my car.

The car drives well and doesn't have any symptoms for malfunctions.

Have you googled your code and read around?

Also, check this out as it might apply to you..

Yes, I have googled the code but unfortunately everything that I have found was related with issues with the power steering and the same code appeared alongside some other error codes caused by the power steering malfunction. In my case I have only the error code which I have posted and I don't have any noticeable malfunctions.

Regarding the recall campaign, which you have linked - I have checked in the BMW website whether there are active campaigns for my vehicle, but there are no safety related recalls or technical enhancements for it.

ISTA is telling you exactly what you need to do via measures plan.

Well basically it guides me how to find issues in the connection between the control modules, but as I wrote, my car drives without any issue, so I doubt that there are any connection issues with the modules ...
