Rear brake job

I have a 2018 X5 35 xdrive and I’m replacing the rear brake pads. The rotors are still in spec so here’s my question, can I just install new pads or should the rotors be removed and turned?

I suggest to replace break wear sensor as well. It's very inexpensive.

Yes. Only replace rotors if they're warped or below mim thickness which is stamped on the rotor face or edge.
