Thanks I appreciate that. It's the subtle things that count.

Yes they are the OEM 469M wheels. Rears are 315/35/20, Fronts are 275/40/20. The reason my car looks more aggressive is due to the wheel spacers. I like subtle mods to make it stand apart

Car looks really really nice. I have to agree that it's a good deal however it is not unheard of.

In any case, perfect for someone looking to get into an F15.

Good luck!

Just remember with a deal like this from the dealer it is not going to include all of the extras that I have done which is well over $2k extra invested...

I get where you are coming from, but that $2K invested isn’t going to make or break the sale of this X5.

Very True, but I am sure someone can appreciate the work that has been done.

I kind of feel that way as well. But I bet deals are still out there on last year vehicles that dealerships need to move so they can make room for the models.

You should see my local dealership: X5s as far as the eye can reach. Wonder what kind of incentives they will put in place to move those.

No Money out of pocket except the lease assumption fee, 15k miles per year, 2 years 8 months remaining, on a 2018 = Deal Pending? In today's market a it is a solid deal.
I have some local interest but no for sure deal yet.

The monthly average remaining is ~ 1,250 miles per month. 45k total miles on the lease, has about 5,700 on it now. Approximately 32 months remaining on the lease.

Plenty of life left in the lease for someone who is not doing long commutes. That's a heck of deal considering the upgrades too.
