20" BMW wheel Style 214 and others

Hello all,

Has anyone bought and installed 214s on an F15? I know the look is old school and sooner I am planning on powder coated with gloss black. The set I noted pretty much pays for itself as it comes with tires and warranty from BMW.

Time has come to finally get rid of the square 19s and my dealer only has given me this option:

It is the most economical I have come across and I have played around the pricing of buying used 20" wheels and buying tires which cost almost the same (I want to stick with OE runflats).

I love this wheel but the cost and have to drive to the border to pick it up.

21s are out of the question as the tires are costly.

I remember seeing one powder coated last winter while I still had my E70 with 214s and it didn’t look any odd. Honestly, other than previous (or current) E70 owners who were running 214s, nobody else will notice. If you like that style, go for it.
