that's odd that your panel has so many lights out!!! Eurocarfan -- the LEDs I got from that website I posted are identical brightness to OEM...

The green LED from that website is way brighter than OEM - its luminosity is 1800 mcd!! OEM is around 600mcd. I saw the difference side by side when testing before I tried to install it - it's super bright. I ended up just resoldering the OEM one - it had a loose solder connection.
