Just curious if there are more out in the community... that awkward moment when you get a call about a hot water tank or sink not working and you roll up in a lowered euro vehicle with oversized wheels to trouble shoot a problem. I take customer service very seriously and also work a 9-5 but my transportation usually draws a few comments...

I did that.

Customer called to help troubleshoot some issue and I rolled in a lowered car with loud exhaust.

Then, you can hook up an uhaul trailer to buy the water tank. Been there, done that. Haha!

As long as they don't think they are getting a discount just because you can afford a nice vehicle lol

Benefit of having multiple cars. I usually roll in with my Subaru.

Good excuse to get a beater. I know someone that's had Ghosts and now a Wraith and they sometimes park down the street lol.

Lol then they can move out. You raise the rent and then find the next tenant! Lol you don't provide a rental for charity. Unless you are running a non for profit. Then cudos

Oh it can be painful, I just give people my contractors contact info so I dont have to deal with them in most cases. But when I do the looks are priceless!

Only been a landlord for couple of years.. my first tenant was trash loser who didn't want to pay her rent. Had to take her to court twice until I could evict her. Second tenant is great, pays rent early or on time and no bounce checks.
