Advice on CPO
Hey guys looking at CPO 2016 X5M. 22k miles.
Question - clean carfax but shows 2 tires replaced at 10k miles and “spark plug(s)” replaced at 16k miles. Then one tire replaced when the dealership listed as CPO. Is the two tires and spark plug(s) relatively common or something that should concern me? Replacing a 3rd tire seems really weird to me I would likely say I need a full new set. Thanks in advance! |

While obviously I have no official data here, my instinct says 2 things. First, assumptions I'm making
1. The two replaced tires were the rears 2. The Spark Plugs were burned If those two assumptions are true, I'd worry someone was doing a lot of launch control runs. I would, at the very least, ask for a full new set of tires as part of the deal. Would also check how much warranty is left.
