Can Bimmerlink or Bimmercode show battery health like Bimmerflow can?

Is there a function in these apps that can do the same thing?

No they can't. don't waist your time with those. Bimmerlink shows mine in the mid-high 80%. ISTA shows that it spends most of its time in +80%.

The battery is dead and test out to mid 250CCA. But the voltage is a good 12.4-12.7
