Turn Signal Lock/Unlock memory & Mirror Dip issues

Seeking assistance on having turn signal recognition on lock and unlock of my F15.

The menu option is ticked in the Door car settings however I get no turn signals. I have BimmerCode and have tried to code this aswell. However the flashes just don't work.

Also, my passenger mirror doesn't dip in reverse. I have electric mirror glass, but not folding mirrors. BimmerCode has been used to code the dip. Mirror adjustment switch is set to passenger side.

Any help?

There is a switch on your left door arm rest, I don't remember which way has to be to activate mirror dip on reverse.

Ah yep, I've already tried it with the adjustment switch set to passenger side. BimmerCode setting has mirror dip as on aswell.

The switch has to be set to drivers side for the passenger mirror to tilt down.

Ditto speed racer...when you push the mirror switch to the passenger side...you DEACTIVATE the mirror-tilt-in-reverse feature. See the page from the owners manual below and the paragraphs that explain activating and deactivating:

Wow that's awesome. That's I feel so silly. Who would have thought to read the manual? Sorry guys.

I was used to the switch being passenger side in my E46.

Now if only I can get the car to remember to flash the turn signals on lock and unlock. As I'm forced to listen out for the locking mechanism.

When you go into iDrive for the Door/Key settings...take another look or take a pic and post the settings you have selected..in case there’s something not checked off properly.

If you press and hold the PANIC button on your remote...does the alarm sound off? If it does, then that’s a test that the alarm siren actually does work.

Ok so I jumped into the car now and the turn signals are unticked.

I only use the one key.

Let's see if it remembers the ticked option for next time.
