Any detailers out there ? De badging issues

Hey so I decided to debadge the side emblems and this Happened and it won’t come off.
I used a Heat Gun, fishing line and an eraser wheel and some goo gone.

Would getting the car buffed remove this ? Is there an easier way ?

Car is not damaged or scratched. I even got desperate and used a magic eraser and still didn’t come off. Any guidance is appreciated.

Some cutting compound should help.

Word of unsolicited advice, don't use magic eraser on anything that's shiny it will dull the heck out of it. Magic eraser is essentially a scrubbing gritty sponge.

Highly suggest getting the eraser wheel. The glue comes off instantly. I debadged the emblems ( X5, and the 2 Xdrive ) emblems in maybe 10min.

I sprayed WD40 and let it set. It finally comes off.
Debadge looks so much better.
